squats----they tighten up the muscles.

You've got to do cardio for 30+ minutes a day and eat fruits and veggies for just one meal per day or cut calories if agreed by your doctor.

Carido and diet is the only thing that will make a smaller butt - lunges and squats will tone the butt (but) not make it smaller.

Butt crunches but not peanut butter crunches. Don't get the too mixed up they're totally different ok!? LOL!
