The farthest north in Russia is Mys Zelanija located at the very northern tip of Novaja Zeml'a. This city is about 77º north latitude.
The farthest north in Norway is Hammerfest. This city is about 80º north latitude.
The farthest north in Greenland is Etah. This city is about 78º north latitude.
Only Severnaja Zeml'a in Russia, Ellesmere and Axel Heiberg Islands in Canada, Svalbard (belonging to Norway), and Greenland reach and surpass the 80º mark. Greenland and Ellesmere Island both reach about 84º north latitude, with Greenland continuing to about 85º north latitude.
Novaja Zeml'a and Severnaja Zeml'a are Russian island groups.
The farthest north city I could find is Etah, Greenland. The farthest north land mass is also Greenland.
