For really expensive, but super sexy try Agent Provocateur or La Perla. 120.00 a bra, 85.00 panties
For more moderately priced-Love Kylie, Elle MacPherson or Bonds. $27-35 a bra, $12-20 panties
For relatively inexpensive- Victoria's Secret. $20-30 for bras, 5 for 25.00 on panties.
Black is defanitely the way to go, but red can spice things up, so can white or pink. Good luck!

Victoria's Secret definitely has the best mass produced lingerie.
There are other really cute boutiques out there too though, check them out =]
You need black lingerie before you get anything else; it's the way it goes =P
Price depends on what you want.. great deal... splurge...
