It's not good for you, the bladder gets too full, and it can cause medical problems down the road and also, you just might wet yourself trying to hold it in. But, for medical reasons with the bladder, it's not good in the long run if you continue to do this.

Yes you could get an UTI but I held my pee in for 3 days once and didnt get one

Not really if you hold it for a short period of time, but if you hold it too long the worst that can happen is u wet your pants! your body gives you signs when something is going wrong, so if it starts hurting, obvisouly there could be a problem too.

As a kid were you not told use the toilet before a long trip.Car accident victims can get internal poisoning from urine in the blood stream not very pleasant when it happens .
