There really isn't that much to do in Vegas with a toddler. But since you're not going to gamble you guys might enjoy the animals. Try seeing the tigers at MGM and the Mirage and the dolphins. There are also beautiful birds at the Flamingo and the Shark Reef at Mandalay Bay is a lot of fun. It's more than just sharks. You might also try viewing the free circus acts at Circus Circus and trying some of the rides for smaller children.

Have fun!

Las Vegas has dropped the more family friendly attempt. They're after the adults now. Just think of their new slogan "What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas." This is not something to attract the family conscious crowd to the city.

That being said, it's a normal city off the strip except for the occasional casino or slot machine in the oddest locations. Or the chain smokers in gas stations playing slots. So local kids have to do something and just about everything is out there.

There's so little to do with toddler's to begin with though but their are a fair amount of parks.

not much, I was just there over NYE with my 2 year old and it seems that unfortunately this town, although they say have made an attemt to be more "family orriented" I think they mean for the older child or teen.
Circus Circus has games, yes but for a toddler that grows old fast.
Fremont street has a cool laser lite show my son loved it but it is at night
Mirage I think it was has Lions that you can see.
The Bellagio has a water/fountain show with music in front of the hotel like every 15 min.
There is an auarium at one of the hotels I dont remeber which one though, maybe Mirage.
Sorry that's not alot but I hope it helps

Good luck and what ever you do keep your stroller moving thru the casino and don't stop we got yelled at a few times while walking thru and stopping to look at something for a second

There's a pathetic zoo on Rancho and Vegas Drive. They have some exotics and some pettables. The collection of barnyard animals at Bonnie Springs is even more pathetic, but it's more of a fun place to go, and there's cowboy shootouts.

Visit the aquarium, go to Circus Circus, and just look at all of the Hotels. The themes are fantastic, and they are so wonderfully decorated. At night, take him to see the * FREE * Belagio water show outside. I went there when I was a toddler, and I enjoyed it[:
