That depends, is it a male or a female? Here are some suggestions:
Male: Darren, Biff, Pickles, Way-O, Strong Mad, Strong Sad, Strong Bad, Bubz
Female: Marzipan, Way-O, uhh....
Make up something that goes with it's personality, and make sure it's randomly creative.

How about Ixchel - the Mayan rain goddess (until she's house-trained), then call her Izzy or Chellie for short.

I always wanted to name one of my chihuahuas
"Miss Chee-Chee" after one of the characters in "To Wong foo with love Julie Numar"..but my family "thumbs downed it".
(too bad because that is one of my favorite movies)
So I named her "Martin's Minnie Belle", Minnie for short.
I also have two other female chihuahuas.
some other names you could consider?
"Isabella"
"Luz"
"Mia"
"Annabella"
Congratulations on your new baby. Chihuahuas are the greatest!

What ever you do, please don't give her a cute little name like Taco or Tinker Bell or anything like that. Chihuahua's are people to dammit!! I suggest the name of her birth stone or something special relating to the dog. Maybe a Mayan goddess or something to do with Mexican history. Every Chihuahua I know has a very unique name that suits them perfectly.

OK then not Ren. How 'bout Rene?
If she has an attitude, you could name her Hillary.
