are humans part fish?

are humans part fish? I hear that us humans are 70% water. is that why sometimes breath and peoples private parts smell like fish?

Not so much. Although there was some ancestral vertebrate that was the precursor to both fish and humans, the two organisms are not very related. Yes we are 70% water, but so are most forms of life including bacteria.

As far as the breath and other unmentionables smelling like fish, that's more of a personal hygeine problem.
