I would have to say the Dodgers will be better this year simply because the Dodgers play in a division which is very balanced and there are no clear cut favorites. Let's face it, Toronto plays in one of the toughest divisions in baseball. They must face the very best, time after time. The Dodgers are in a much weaker division and should be in almost every game against division opponents. The Blue Jays may well have the better team, but unfortunately for them, they play in a tough division and will more than likely lose more games than the Dodgers.

In a head-to-head contest, the Blue Jays are probably a little better. However, the Jays play in a division with the Yanks and the Sox, whereas the Dodgers are in a weak division and will probably dominate. So the Dodgers will do "better" as far as standings go.

Blue Jays will end up with a better win-loss record but they play in a strongest division in baseball. They will finish second to the Yankees. The Dodgers should win the NL West however.

Considering that the Dodgers are the best team ever I'm going to come to the conclusion that the Dodgers are going to be better.

By record, the Dodgers. Their competition is weaker, and they're solid in their division. By players, the Blue Jays. They're younger, have more power pitching, a dominant closer, and a slightly better line up. Unfortunately, that's not enough to compete in the AL East OR Central lately.
