Is NASA telling us all that goes on when it goes on a space mission?

Would they keep any thing from us if something life changing happened on a mission.

My guess would be that they would not tell us about finding life flying around in space. Religion would NOT handle it well.

No, there are still secret military and commercial satellites being carried into space. No, there aren't aliens on the missions, or active military assaults going on, but there are some parts of the shuttle missions that are not supposed to be common knowledge.
