Greek Salad is extremely popular with the locals as well as the tourists. It has many variations. Suit yourself.
Tomatoes
Cucumbers
Red Onions
Greek Olives
Greek Feta Cheese
Capers if you have them
Oregano
S&P
Olive Oil preferably Extra Virgin
Vinegar or lemon juice.
And anything else you feel like putting in.

Bell pepper, celery, carrots, lettuce, boiled potato, hard cooked egg, but you won't get these items in a restaurant. Unless you specifically order them.

Bread is optional and there is a charge for each serving of bread you order.

Here is a dish I really love: Shrimps (prawns) with feta cheese:
(Garides me Feta)
Servings: 4
Ingredients:

100 ml olive oil
1 onion (finely chopped)
1 wholebay leaf
2 clovesgarlic (crushed)
2 big tomatoes (finely chopped)
pepper (To taste)
salt (To taste)
1 ts sugar
800g shrimps
250g feta cheese in cubes

Directions:
Fry the onion in oil until transparent.
Add the tomatoes, garlic, bay leaf, salt, pepper, sugar and a little water.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
Clean the shrimps.
Add the shrimps and the feta to the sauce, heat through.
Eat immediately with fresh, crusty bread.
