Pretty stupid question. There is no global warming, except what melted the glaciers several million years ago. And Bush could care less about oil prices, especially considering the Republicans would do anything to bring down prices to help get re-elected. You will see higher oil prices if the Dem's get elected and they start their taxation run on oil.

NO it is raising the price so that his oil wells would be profitable to pump oil agian.
