If these are Syrians you MUST keep each in it's own cage. They will fight even they're male and female caged together. The foot and nose aren't so worryful unless the for is severed badly, it's the trouble breathing that worries me the most. Sounds like some of the blood may have either gotten into his lungs or there's a bit of dried blood obstructing the nose. Take a warm moist cotton ball and very gently wipe the face off, being extra careful around the nose. This might help the breathing if the nose is obstructed. Hamsters are nose breathers. Keep it in a warm area. If the hamster is still having trouble breathing after doing this you will need to find some wat to take it to the vet (borrow money if needed or ask to work out payments). My son raises hamsters and 2 of his male dwarfs got into a bloody fight one night. The one ended up with his face torn to shreds. He couldn't even see any more, we know this since he walked into everything and his eyes were swelled. I called the vet and he said to just give the hamster time and keep it separate from the other ones. He jumped and bit if anyone touched him too. That was this past Thanksgiving and now he can see a bit better, but he's light sensitive. His scars are mostly covered by hair now. But he still bites bad. Two of our female dwarfs also fought a bloody fight with one getting part of her nose torn nearly off. she mended and survived several months until cancer killed her.

first off make sure it's in a separate cage from the one it fought with. if it's a syrian it should have never been in a cage with another hamster. syrians MUST be housed separately once they reach 2 months or they will fight to the death.
keep him in a warm quiet room away from drafts, stress, and any other pets, or children.
u can clean the bloody area with a little peroxide or a saline solution (2 T salt to 1 pint warm water). how bad is the cut? if minor he will lick the wound and it will heal on its own. what exactly is wrong with his foot? for the breathing not sure. mainly letting him rest is important. don't bother him except to care for his wound. get him some unflavored children's pedialyte to put in his water bottle to be sure he stays hydrated or feed it with an eyedropper if he's too weak.

Keep the hamsters nose cleaned off so it can get air. Any open wounds can be cleaned with Listerine mouth wash on a Q-tip it works like an antiseptic. Keep it quiet and any other pets away until it recovers.

You could get some hamster antibiotic at the pet store, and follow directions for giving it to your pet.
The hamster should not die from fight injuries unless there is infection; this is why I recommend the antibiotic.
Otherwise, keep his cage clean and comfortable, with plenty of food and water as usual.
Good luck with your pet. I hope he gets well.

Due to their very fast metabolism it will either heal up or die very quickly. Maybe a little more info on the injury would be helpful. The vet bill will be more than a another hamster :(

Change his bedding every day to make him feel as comfortable as possible. Supply him with everything fresh, and keep him warm at night! You can try the pet stores for some kind of ointment if he has any wounds, but the best you can do is to give him the best care you can!
