okay i got a strange call from collins law firm from a lady named bobby towell...not sure if thats her name, she talks really fast. she said she was calling in route of my father (then stated his name) saying she has a lawsuit against him and stated the number and extension she could be reached at. she said she needs to talk to me based onmy father. so why would she call me and word it like that and not call him? i typed in the number she called from as well as her 1888 number she suggested i call and both numbers come up as fraud and warning not to give out personal information to them. so im a tad confused. i know they say it's a scandal, but how did she get my number and know my father's full name? he has had credit cards in the past and changed phone numbers so i thought it was real until i looked up their number. so how can i tell for sure what's real and what's a scandal, help???????????

i called her number with her extension and before the extension it said "thank u for calling the collins law firm....." yada yada then after i entered her extension her voice mail came on and i left a message stating i want it in writing, however how can i tell its a setup i mean.....they got voicemails and how can i tell its legit or fake?

You alread know it's a scam. If you want proof, call her back and tell her you will provide the information she requests ONLY IN WRITING. Ask her to send you the paperwork and you will fill it out and return it. Tell her you require a self-addressed stamped envelope to return it.
You will never hear from her again. I guaranty!
