SEX, SEX, and more SEX......I have been preggo 4 times, and that always does the trick. I know it is uncomfortable but being so far along and time dragging on was more uncomfortable to me. I just wanted the baby out so that is what was recommended to me:) Good luck to you and congrats!!!
And please don't have her drink caster oil....all it will do is make her sicker than a dog!!!

its my experience with having three kids, having been completely miserable the whole third trimester with each, and trying everything from caster oil to jumping jacks, that the baby will come when he or she wants to not when you do. She will probably save alot of time and energy not doing anything at all. If she feels she needs to have this baby soon talk to her doc, depending on the circumstances many docs will actually work with you and allow you to be induced rather than naturally going into labor.

Sex definately has been known to start labor. Not in the mood, try a very long walk. Go somewhere that will keep her on her feet and moving a good part of the day. Good luck!

Well- unless she's REALLY close to her due date- there's not a lot she can do! Babies come when THEY want to- not when WE want them to! But- if she's close enough- i'd suggest walking- around the mall for example, sex is always a good way to stimulate things. You could also tell her to rub her nipples. When doing so- a hormone is released that stimulates the uterus to contract- but BECAREFUL when doing so- because they can be painful!

i was told to eat spicy food, walk around the block at a fast pace several times and have sex, none of the above worked for me, i had to be induced in the hospital, but tell her to try these things, they might help!

I have heard that rolling back and forth on one of those big exercise balls helps. I plan to try it this time. Please tell your sister to not use cator oil or any herbal treatments like evening primrose and teas, as they can be harmful to the baby.

I heard that doing squats help, running up and down stairs but I would only suggest walking up and down as you could hurt the baby if you fall x GOOD LUCK, CONGRATULATIONS

the number one exercises to do is ... SEX. If a woman is at her due date or just past it, doctors actually recommend sex. Walking is good as well.

Well, unless her body is ready for this...it won't matter what she does. If she's full term, walking...making love...dancing...things like that, LOW IMPACT things can do it.
