yeah like i was just wondering because i justt saw a big one the size o a half dollar and i just got my aunt to kill it but what is the purpose because supposably every animal and insect n creature in this world has a purpose....ps:wonder gurl!

Spiders of the World help to minimize the flow of insects that can do damage or cause diseases in some parts of the World! They also can stabalize the breakdown of animals etc.....they do serve a purpose. Without them we would be overrun with creepy crawlers of all kinds!!!

Flies eat decaying things (as maggots). The fly form lays eggs and spreads the larvae so they can eat those things. Spiders eat things that eat plants. We eat plants, so spiders protect our food. You can ask this of anything though. Each creature just is, doing whatever it is they do until it's no longer needed by the ecosystem.

They eat all kind of nasties - depending on the spider. As long as I have spiders up around the front porch light, I don't get many mosquitos in the house - and very few flies either for that matter.
As long as they eat the bad guys, I don't mind them outside, but if they come in the house, they're scooped up and put back outside for their dinner.
If you don't like spiders, don't come to Australia !
