So me and him have been friends since kindergarten-i'm a freshman-and a couple weeks ago I told him i liked him..he said ummm ok and went and told his friends. I'm not upset about that in fact i don't even care, but it seems like he puts me on and then tries to get away from me. So anyways my question is what should I do?should i keep flirting or leave him be and wait things out...sometimes i catch him staring and just want to say smething

Ask him how he feels about the situation. Chances are that he likes you too but is just to shy to say it. The worst thing that you can hear is that he just wants to be friends, but that still gives you the right to flirt. Just go with the flow and do what your gut tells you. Hope that helps and good luck!

Always let the guy make the first move! You have to play "hard to get"...by inch. You have already told him you like him, so he thinks he has you in the bag! So now you need to just sit back and kind of act like you dont really like him any more. Let it roll... what ever happens...happens!! (good luck)

i think you should just ignore him. well, be friendly but don't go out of your way to say something or smile or whatever. sometimes you need to remind someone what it would be like if you weren't there. if he actually likes you he'll notice and hopefully say something.
