Anyone been to the restaurant Picasso in Las Vegas?

I enjoy French cuisine, but you know how some places get big rep because the $ of the meals makes people think it must be good if they charge that much. Good food? Service? Atmosphere? Wine selection?

I've eaten there, its good but the portions are very small & over priced. Not much of a selection.
