I'm a high schooler looking into going into politics, either like a congressmen or a lobbyist. How would I go about this? What major should I have in college? Any good schools for this?

Learn to be at the right place and at the right time.
For example the time is maybe okay but you are definitely in the wrong place. This is physics category not political science.
