Can't get my Maxtor Diamondmax 10 250gb 6L250S0 SATA to show up...?

I hooked it up correctly. It's showing up in BIOS as a recognized drive and it's coming up as a device in the Device Manager. However, it's not showing up as a drive in My Computer. Isn't accessable from DOS either. I'm at wits end, i plugged it into SATA4 so I wouldn't need a terminator. How can I get it to show up.

If you go to control panel, administrative tools, computer management, disk management - is it showing up there?
