the charges against me dropped, do you think that would be grounds to sue, also what if i couldnt remember it happening but i had witnesses

like i said i cant remember what happened cuz i suffered from brain damage, but it seems like if i would have swung at them the charges against me wouldnt have been dropped, to me them dropping the charges is like an admission of guilt

And the cops just whipped your rear for no reason?? The scenario is not very likely, but you can sue anyone you choose....anytime...for anything !!! BUT you have to PROVE your case in a court of law !!
Most cops aren't gonna get that physical unless you gave good cause . They don't want to give up their jobs.

Who are there witnesses? Are they credible? What did they see? If they saw you drunk, and stoned taking a swing at a Cop, I don't think you have a very good case.
