It looks very suspicious, seeing when he was fired and the whole thing with AJ Smith. It's too early to tell if it's the right move. If they can get to the playoffs and win a couple rounds then, yes, it was the right move.

I personally believe the Chargers are better off without him. They have an incredible offensive core of players, including LaDanian Tomlinson, Antonio Gates, and Philip Rivers, plus one of the the top defensive players in the league in Shawn Merriman.

The San Diego Chargers are the most talented team in the NFL, and they should already have two Super Bowl trophies in their name.
