Why did the court even let that jerk loose to begin with! I have lost faith in people today (especially the 12 in California) Its a shame to cut a killer loose only because of this race card bull, that shouldn't have had anything to do with this killer butchering two people to death... As the saying goes... "Money talks", and "BS walks"...And the reason this creep was allowed to see his kids, is because lawfully they are his, and since those 12 people decided to cut him loose he had the right to have them back. I read somewhere that his daughter believes he did it also. The audacity of him to write that book, " If...I killed...", shows what a total idiot he is to put something like that in print, and just smear it in everyones face. Hes making money, and putting it in other names, just so he doesn't have to pay the Browns for the butchering he did to their daughter. What amazes me is that he hasn't been sent to the gates of Hell yet!!!

OJ replace into stumbled on no longer to blame interior the criminal trial. Then he replace into challenged in a civil tournament for his "criminal accountability" interior the deaths of the two human beings, and he replace into stumbled on reliable. there is no penitentiary sentence in civil trials; that's approximately money and components. the burden of evidence is likewise much less. In a criminal trial, the case must be proved "previous clever doubt," and the jury would desire to be unanimous, for a to blame verdict. In a civil case, the "preponderance of evidence" must be that the guy is reliable; and 10 out of 12 jurors would desire to agree, no longer all of them. The civil trial granted a brilliant sum of money to the Goldman kinfolk; the Brown kinfolk did no longer connect interior the lawsuit. Now as to how they desperate he replace into no longer to blame interior the criminal trial, it fairly is a secret to me too. The evidence replace into overwhelming. The protection made ridiculous strikes to distract from the reality. they seem to have worked. yet another troubling element of the case, one that is confusing to talk approximately yet replace into impossible to forget approximately on the time, replace into the racial divide in public reaction to the trial. Many a lot of human beings watched the trial on television. the final public of whites have been confident that OJ replace into to blame, mutually as the final public of blacks have been confident that OJ replace into harmless, on a similar evidence. I undergo in strategies vacationing an exceedingly outstanding elderly black couple on the time. Their comments have been, "That undesirable boy (OJ), they're basically ruining his existence. they did no longer think of he would combat back in courtroom." I had assumed that black human beings would be as conscious as all and sundry else that that's achieveable for a black guy to commit violence; besides the undeniable fact that it appeared no longer. have faith me, fairly some human beings have been worked up over the case on the time. I had some time past come to words with the certainty that injustice happens in existence, so I wasn't so taken aback. some human beings theory (and that they have got been probable appropriate) that if OJ have been convicted interior the criminal case, there would have been riots and greater human beings would have died. I do think of, previous clever doubt, OJ is to blame of those 2 murders. The case had undesirable effects in individuals's lives too, which i'm unlikely to circulate into.

It's called reasonable doubt. When Mark Fuhrman refused to say under oath that he didn't plant any of the evidence, OJ was a free man.

Because a jury of his peers found him not guilty. Everyone meaning you & who? The whole world does not think he's guilty & even those who do, have let it go because our judicial system said he's not. So if you're so deadset on him being guilty, then prove it!

You are good. You know he killed but the courts dont? Where`s the proof? We believe he did it but that is not good enough to lock him up.
