Ummm who's the mother here? Your daughter is 14. It is actually illegal for her to do this. It's illegal for her to have sex in a public place. It does make me wonder though, your spelling isn't to great for a mother of a 14year old!
I suggest-
[x] ground your daughter. She is your responsibilty. You are the parent. Take her phone off her. Tell her she is to have no contact with this boy.
[x] Talk to her boyfriend's parents. Tell them what he said and what has been happening and how they've been having sex.
[x] Go to the police, get an AVO out against him. (where he must have no contact with you or your daughter or come 100m near you) Also I suggest you talk to them as it is actually rape, because your daughter is 14 (she is NOT old enough to make the decsion of whether is she old enough for sex) her boyfriend is liable for this.
[x] Take her to family planning (or whatever you call it in America). Get a doctor to give her a good explanation of the risks sex causes (Teen pregnancys, STDs and an increased risk of cervical cancer and risks of infertility in older age)
This is not acceptable. Why do you take her boyfriend shopping with you? He sounds like he's not worth knowing! Remember your the parent here!

Call the police on this psycho ******!
Other than that you need to show her a lesson. YOU are the mother, she's not an adult. If I'm not mistaken, YOU are the one to pay the bills not the other way around. As long as she lives under your roof she has to go by your rules. Dont let her disrespect you this way. Get help for both of you and a restraining order against this guy. If she doesnt like it, too damn bad;one day she will realize you only do this to protect her.
If that would have been my mother and I spoke to her that way I can assure you my head would be buried a million feet underground. Just because you take a couple of "harsh" actions doenst make you a bad mother it actually makes you a good one.

Honestly, I think you really need to put your foot down. You're being bullied by your 14 year old as well as her boyfriend who is also a child.
As the mom, you decide what is reasonable behavior for your child. Think about what you want. You likely want her to do well in school. What does that mean - define it. A's, B's, a 3.0 GPA, etc.
What time do you want her curfew to be? Will you allow her to go out during the week or only on weekends? Does she need to be supervised? Do you need to meet the parents of anyone she's hanging out with so you can let them know what you expect?
You may need some help with this because it sounds like it's really out of hand at this point. You might consider taking your daughter to a counselor who can work with both of you together to help you guys communicate better.
You might also want to let her hear from an objective third party - for example, take her to Planned Parenthood to get the facts on STD's, promiscuity, etc.
You may also want to sign up for parenting classes. We took "Parenting with Love and Logic" and it was very helpful for us. I was so stressed my hair was falling out. This class was a lifesaver.

Your her mother. YOUR THE BOSS! If he is making threats like that call the police. How old is the boyfreind??? You can get a restraining order against him for you and your daughter because she is underage. Watch your daughter like a hawk, tell her that there are places and times for sexual activity and at 14 its not the time. Be strong. Have strict rule and strict consequenses!! Like i said straight up YOUR THE BOSS! Be tough! I don't know what the law states where you live but sexual activity with a 14 year old here is illegal.

First off you are the parent and she is the child. You need to get control back. You are giving her too much freedom. You need to buckle down and lay down the momma law. This behavior is very unacceptable for a 14 yr old. You need to get his parents involved. If she can't be responsible for her actions at parties and other social events and places then it's time to put her on lock down. Don't take her anywhere where her boyfriend will be. Don't take her anywhere with the way she disrespects you she shouldn't be going out shopping or to parties. She has too much freedom. Good luck.

you can actually report your daughter for having sex this young. it's illegal, especially in public places like the movie theater. you can also put her in a different school where she won't see her boyfriend during the day. do his parents know? if they do and don't care, you can report them too. he can't kidnap your daughter even if he tried. where's he gonna take her? he's probably about 14 too. he doesn't have a house of his own to take her to.

maybe your daughter is trying to act cool and mature, when actually she's not. she did you wrong by having sex with her boyfriend, despite your pleas for them to stop. you definitely have the right to bring your daughter's boyfriend to court!
your daughter is also very rude to you, perhaps because she has her boyfriend siding her. her boyfriend is also wrong in threatening you!
so, do not hesitate that he might harm your daughter, just go ahead and call the cops to arrest him!
