How many stamps needed from NY to Texas?

I'm sending a letter from Delhi, NY to El Paso, TX for a rebate form, but its just little reciepts. How many stamps should I use?

It would depend on how heavy the envelope is. I often add 1 additional .39 cent stamp, just to make sure.

It depends on how many ounces the letter is. If the total weight of the envelope (and receipts) is under 1 ounce, you only need 39 cents. If it weighs 2 ounces, you need 63 cents.
