Is halo 3 better than the playstation 3?

That really matters in games because my some of my friends say that playstation 3 is better and some say halo 3 is better that the entire playstation3

well u can't really compare them because halo 3 is a game, and the ps3 is a game CONSOLE. But i'd say ps3 is better. i mean halo 3 is like one of the few only good games for the box.

First of all let me tell you, if you have never played the other Halo games you might not understand Halo 3. If you have played them then definitely go with Halo 3 first of all it's one of the most anticipated games ever, second it's going to have AWESOME graphics, third if you don't have an Xbox 360 buying one AND halo 3 will be cheaper than one PS3 alone, fourth you can practically only get a PS3 on eBay for around $1,500, fifth there haven't been many good games for the PS3 released yet and there are already a ton of good games for the 360 like Call of Duty 3 and Lost Planet... and I think the PS3 looks like a printer, but that's my own opinion. Overall I'm leaning towards Halo 3 but you might also want an opinion from a PS3 fan too. I hope that helped you a little

Actually, I would indeed say that Halo 3 will be better then PS3, I know it's a game versus console question, but Halo3 will probably sell better and will be more fun. And overall Xbox 360 has much better games such as Oblivion and Gears of War. PS3 will try to do better, but will fail miserably.

No one has ever gone from the 360 to PS and said PS is better.... but MANY have gone to Xbox from PS and never gone back, there are many reasons, games are one of thoe reasons.

And the things that pushes Xbox far beyond PS is Xbox Live, the on-line gaming community that Xbox offers blows PS out of the water. This is simple fact. Go get an Xbox 360 and Halo3 will probably be out in November, you'll have no regrets.
