Do exactly what they ask, practice a two to three minute rehersal of exactly what you want to say, and then practice saying that until you have all the major points emphasized and are constantly making direct eye contact, and tell them about yourself, what you like to do, where you went to school, your interests, etc. That will give them a good impression.
