An adjective is a word used to describe a noun.
The nouns in your sentence: concert; Washington, DC; Boston; Philadelphia;country. Only one of those words has a word in front of it that modifies and describes!

Sorry, Katie Rose. You're not quite right. 'The" and "a" are articles. The adjective is "entire"
