All pregnancies are different. I have given birth to 4 children and each pregnancy was different. My first two were boys and the next 2 were girls. However I did carry higher when I was pregnant with my girls. The only way to truly tell is to get an ultrasound done.

My gf thought the same thing, with her first two she didnt have any sickness at all, and with this one she was really sick. So she assumed that it was either a boy, or multiples. She was wrong it is another girl, and only one of them. You have a 50/50 chance of having a boy, good luck

An ultrasound will tell you for sure. But I think that waiting to find out is part of the joy of childbirth.
