Depends. Normally it would be a no, and that you should always tell the truth, but life wouldn't be as interesting as without the little white lies that come between.
But I wouldn't lie all the same unless it was for an emergency.

No, if you tell a lie you have to keep the lie up and that not only get's confusing, but it's exhausting as well.

It really depends. If your friend asks you if the pants she is wearing make her look fat, and they do, what are you going to tell her? If you tell her they do she'll probably be mad at you, so just tell a little white lie. There is no need to hurt someones feelings.

No it's not. A little white lie, if it's harmless and to avoid hurting ones feelings, but no big bs lies. I'm the worse liar in the world, because if you call me on it, I will always 'fess up.

yes. Do you tell your boyfriend/girlfriend/husband/wife that they look AWFUL in an outfit they picked out? Of course not. That would be hurtful. So you lie and make them happy.

At times yes cause people say they want to hear the truth but they dont mean it and also to prevent people from getting hurt
