First of all is it normal to have holes in your butt crack? I have had a pilinidal cyst before but now I have several holes and bumps in my crack is this normal?
Secondly, after shaving your genital area low long does it take for hair to fully grow back. I dont mean like little hairs coming I mean to the stage of prior to shaving down there at all. The reason I am asking is because there has been this crawling sensation down there for a few weeks and its been that long since I fully shaved the areas so is it normal to have this sensation for several weeks as the hairs grow back in ? Since i have the crawling sensation every few days I feel like those are differnt hairs that are growing back at different stages? Is this correct?

You first question the answer is yes that is normal!
Your second question, it is different for everyone. They are typically the same hairs growing back though.

Use some powder and the sensation should subside. It's probably your underwear rubbing against the new growth.

I can only answer the shaving question. Yes it does feel crawly for a little while depending on the thickness and pattern of your hair growth. When it grows in it is in stages; and your skin is very sensitive there, so if you shaved bald it may take a few weeks like maybe 4 to grow back all over but months untill it looks like you never shaved. 'several holes'? You mean more than the urethra, vagina, and anus? Anything more than those is not normal.
'Crawling sensation'- if you're sexually active, you might want to check closely to make sure you don't have crabs or scabies- little bugs that can inhabit the hair down there. Those are as easy to get rid of as head lice- over the counter medication is available.
As for hair growing back- it usually itches a bit, but only for the first week or so.
