This doesn't make sense - the diagonals are line segments, and the term "supplementary" means "two angles that add up to 180." You can't have supplementary line segments - that doesn't make sense.

In a rhombus, the diagonals are perpendicular to each other - that distinguishes them from other parallelograms (in a parallelogram, such as a rhombus, the diagonals bisect each other). And in all parallelograms (a rhombus is a parallelogram), consecutive angles (i.e. angles that are next to each other) are supplementary.
