BIRTH OR DEATH CERTIFICATE: A birth certificate or death certificate is obtainable from the local City Hall (Dimarhio) or from the local President of the Community (Kinotita). A birth or death registration (Lixiarhiki Praxi Genniseos or Thanatou) is also available from the Registrar’s office (Lixiarhio).

yes contact the nearest greek consulate and they will help you(thats if you are not living in Greece) if you live in Greece go to the city hall where the person is registered and you get one there.
