I agree with all the others way over stocked and can't possibly continue to function any length of time.

I don't know where to begin, that tank is majorly overstocked. I'll edit this as I go

tiger barbs grow to 2-3 inches, and are fin-nippers, they need minimum 30 gallons for a group, and are best suited to a species only tank

serpae tetras would be fine if it were just them, same with the cherry barbs

mollies grow to 5 inches and need minimum 20 gallons for a pair with no tankmates

giant danios grow to 4 inches and due to their hyperactive nature they need at least 30 gallons for a small school

the platys would be OK if they were all alone in the tank

the black fin sharks grow huge and need at least 90 gallons EACH, plus they are brackishwater fish, the rest are freshwater

upside down catfish grow to 4-5 inches and need minimum 20 gallons for 1 or 2.

blue gouramis grow to 6 inches and need at least 30 gallons

kuhlie loaches need groups of 6 or more and do best in at least 20 gallons

the von rio tetras would be OK if they were the only fish in the tank

the pleco will grow huge and needs at least 125 gallons

I'll let you do the math for what size tank you will need...

I don't know if you're serious or not, since it's hard to believe that those fish have stayed alive in that aquarium for so long... Otherwise, if you want to know what I think of it, I think it's an interesting array of fish :)

Upgrade to a 55-75 gallon aquarium and the fish will be happy. The sharks, Pleco, USD cats, tiger barbs, and Giant Danios are all too large in size for a 10 gallon aquarium, alone.

Please upgrade to a larger tank, or spread them out into different tanks. They need space and clean water.

Holy mother of the Jews, LOL. You gotta be kiddin me, hahahahahaha that just made me laugh it sounded OK up until the point you said 10 gallon tank. I don't think they have any place to swim with out bumping into each other and not to mention it must be a tank with no decorations. Reminded me of how walmart has its fish tanks. 1000 goldfish in a 10 gallon tank ready to sell with about 50% dead, no forget 50% more like 95.9%. I would really love to see a pic of that if its true.

The fact that they have lived is a miracle...what are they swimming in, holy water? lol

My advice, upgrade to a bigger tank...it is uncomfortable for your fish to live in such crowded conditions, and I for one do care about the comfort level of the animals that I have taken responsibility for.

Other than that you seem to have a lovely mix that would look great in an appropriately sized tank! :o)

You have 40 fish in a 10 gallon tank?
Yeah right!!
They're all dead right, stacked on top of each other?
If they're not dead now, they will be.
A 10 gallon tank only holds between 5 and 8 fish!

Those poor fish living for 6 months is nothing less then putrid hell. They are getting along ONLY because they are stressed the f*ck out.
Black fin sharks aka columbian sharks GROW TO 12 INCHES and NEED SALT IN THE WATER. They will not be living long, this is going to happen to them http://www.aqualandpetsplus.com/Shark,7.jpg

Honestly i think you are slime. You are a disgusting horrible waste of oxygen. You are no better then those people who barbecued a kitten. Find homes for all of your fish, smash your dinky 10 gallon tank and NEVER EVER get another living creature.

i think you have too many fish in your aquarium. the standard rule is 1 fish per gallon with the exception with betas
p.s when some of those fish die, get a guppy, they are pretty.:D
