I think it should be changed so that it isn't all or nothing in a state.
It should be changed so that if 70% of the counties in the state vote for one a candidate, they get 70% of the electoral votes allotted for that state, not all the electoral votes for that state.

It doesn't matter if you think it should or not, cause it isn't going to change. It is in the constitution. And it is so hard to change the constitution. I think you have to have like 100% agreement to change it. That isn't going to happen

Kept as is. Without it all decisons made on a national scale would be made by NY and LA.
