The episode where Harold is caught stealing the ham... A man catches him and tells him that not only is it wrong to steal the ham but it was wrong to eat it (because he was Jewish). My mom is trying to figure out the name of the man that played the part of the man. He's an actual Jewish person and it's buggin my mom to death because she can't remember this mans name. Please help!

if you go to google then type in hey arnold it should say,i didnt know the guys name on the tv show.what is the guys name on th tv show then,you know,the charecter
