In order to be a vampire you'll need the Sims: Nightlife. Go downtown and you should find a guy vampire covering his mouth (wears a cape) Talk to him and then go home and call him during the night. Build up her relationship with her and then have them get married. When you control him, choose bite and she'll become a vampire. (she'll get paler)
