My biology teacher made us change lab partners a few weeks ago and anyway he stuck me with his fat geekboy who has a severe flatulence problem. It's really gross and I am getting nauseous in class as a result. Today I needed to go to the bathroom to heave but my teacher would not let me. So I went anyway. When I came back, he wrote me up and sent me to the office. I told him it was completely unfair and my health comes first, and I refused to go to the office. He called the vice principal and she came down and yelled at me and gave me detention for two days and then left a phone message for my dad, which I erased because I am on my last chance before dad sends me to boarding school. I think I have the right to not be nauseous in class and these people are violating my right to an education. Why is my life so unfair?

lol i did that all the time last yr in orch class. it was her first yr teaching and she didn't kno wat to do at all. so she wouldn't let me go to the bathroom so i just walked out and went. she knew i didn't really have to go i just wanted to talk to people in the halls. so u walking out of class isn't that bad cause i do it all the time. i mean wat if u threw up on them then thats the teachers fault for not letting u go. and ya i got written up for walking out too but the office never takes her write ups seriously cause she writes like 10 people up a day.

That is totally unfair!!! I know exactly how you feel. Once when i was in German class, which was staright after lunch, i had to use the ladies because i had just got my period. The teacher wouldnt let me go to the toilet and just told me that i should have gone in lunch!!! Well i didnt get my period at lunch i got it now!! I couldnt say anything cause i didnt really want the whole class knowing something like this. Eventually i just got up and went to walk out and the teacher stopped me! I then had to sit there for the next 2 periods bleeding all over myself! When class had ended i got up to a huge pool of blood on my chair, grabbed a jumper and ran to the toilets! I then made a formal complaint to the principle. Lets just say that the teacher had to do a lot of apologizing!
Next time you feel like your gunna barf and the teacher wont let you go just do it right in front of the teacher, get it on them if you can manage that. They might take you a bit more seriously next time!!!
Unfortunatly some teachers can be a bit unfair at times and there is nothing you can do. You would be best to speak with your school counselor and see what they can do for you other wise it might pay to mention this to your dad (leaving out the part where you erased a msg). The school should pay more attention to your dad making the complaint.

Good Luck and i realy hope all goes well for you!

Haha call him a weekend warrior, and tell him why he didn't do active duty like real Marines, ask why he wanted to be a part time Marine instead of making a full commitment like the active duty ones. He doesn't have it nearly as hard as active duty, he's only seeing a little of the Corps and he sounds like a fagggg. He won't hit you or anything so don't worry about that, if he does he could be discharged.

Must be nice to have the money to send a little brat to boarding school. Most families try to work out their problems, but it truly sounds like you don't want to work it out any more than you father does. Boarding school may be the answer. Go through a few of those, and you should be ready for juvinile court. Then you can really exercise your smarts from a lock up.

Yeah, grow up and learn some civility and responsibility before you do get to go to boarding school.

Unfortunately we do not have a choice of who we work with, at school or work. It would be nice, but that is life.

However if this boy is as gross as you say then talk to the school councillor about this boy and your predicament. There is properly not a lot they can do, but talk to the boy about his flatulence, when in class and possibly cleanliness if needed.

As for your father he will eventually find out that you have deleted a message, which wont bode well for you. Be honest with your father and tell about the situation you find yourself in, you never know he may fell some empathy for you.

come on make up another reason..if they guy doesnt do so good in class..and you do tell your teacher that you feel like you cant get as much done as you know you can as him being your partner..or if the project is totally out there..like dissecting a frog or something ask if you can do extra credit or a report insted..usually they do that..but i wouldnt go blurting out that your partner is gassy and gross..you never know they guy you end up marrying could of been one of those guys in school..and now hes the hottest guy you've ever seen..dont be so mean..

no. unfortunately you cannot and by doing so you are only going to make it worse on yourself and not better. life is always going to be unfair no matter what you are or how old you get so you need to get used to it now. i had to do things that i did not want to when i was in school and so did everyone else. it is just a fact of life. wish i could help you more but i can't. good luck.

This is not really fair to you, if you really get nauseous from this what i suggest you do is to act appropriately, speak to your dad and tell him about your situation and suggest he came down to your school and discuss the matter with your teacher or principal.

are you serious! what are you, a princess?! have you ever thought that maybe that guy is on some sort of medication that makes him have that reaction. no one has ever died or had a health problem from smelling a fart princess. try thinking about someone besides yourself for a change. and just because you erased the message don't think that they won't get ahold of your dad.

As much as I hate to say it, if you've been bad in the past, teachers won't treat you fairly.
I agree with you, if you need to barf, you need to barf.
Next time this happens, just barf on the teacher's desk and see how they feel.
You are right, health does come first.
In the future, though, try to behave so when things like this happen, teachers will believe you.
Your teacher thought that you just wanted an excuse to skip class.
So, like I said, if you really need to barf next time...do it in the classroom.
