I live in Dallas too. Avg high is 55; avg low is 36.

The average high in January is in the 50's. I've kept records on it for the past 9 years and it has always fallen in that area.

Honey, who knows, but if you wait a minute the temp will change, it always dones and always has. That is one thing that Texas is known for.
