Look at your BIOS, is it an Award, AMI or one of the other's?
Go to the manufacturers web site and look up the error "beep codes".

The number of beeps and the length of the beep will tell you what is wrong.

First thing I would check is to see if the fans are connected and the RAM and video card are seated properly.

could be a bad motherboard, could be the ram is bad. If you can find out who made the motherboard, go to thier website, those beeps mean something. figure out what they mean, and they will tell you what's wrong with your computer.
