How old are you? The bone structures in our body stops to develop and grow at about 25 years old (for men). If you are above 25, then sorry to say but there is no natural remedy for you.
But if you are below that age, try these:
-- drink lots of milk. they are rich in calcium, and calcium is needed by the bones to help itself grow.
-- there are available supplements in drugstores and the department stores. a lot of vitamins (like Cherifer) are inclined to growth development.
-- do a lot of stretches. they help promote stronger and relaxed muscles. that way our muscles will help in the development of our bones.
-- be confident. confidence is a strong emotional backup for growth. don't let yourself down when the seniors tease you. think of other stuff you can do that they can't.

If you are young you could get a growth spurt in a year or so or you could stay short, so what? When you are out of high school women are short too. By the way, Tom Cruise is 5 ft 5" tall, I know this, Mario Lopez is 5 ft 7 " tall , lots of guys are short and lots of women are short they just seem tall where you are in life today, believe me, it won't matter in a few years. Think about your best quality and work on that. Seniors always find someone to pick on, sorry it's you.

Sorry buddy, there's not much you can do to get taller! If you say you're getting teased by seniors, I assume that means you're in high school. I wouldn't worry about it....some guys don't get their growth spurt until they are 19 or 20! In the meantime, focus on all the things that you might be better at because you're short. Do you play sports? Short players are usually faster. Also, you NEVER have to worry about banging your head on stuff, which can cause quite alot of damage :P

i'm 6'6", and a muscular 250 lbs or so... and the biggest guy i know is named Gary, who enters a room with such confidence and intelligence that you'd swear he was 8 feet tall. He isn't boastful, or insulting or a prick, and a very giving person in our church.
Gary is also about 5 feet tall with a gorgeous wife, 6-figure salary and 3 wonderful kids.
Size is what you project, not what your genetics limit you with. Blast out of your shell and be the man you want to be, not what others tell you who you are.

Face the fact that you may be SMALL forever. Then make yourself big in other areas - humor, smarts, charisma, whatever. Then if you do grow - then you'll have both.
Lean to be a big man no matter how tall you are. There are some short guys that get lots of respect! Lots of ways to be big.

nothing can help you grow. i dont know what grade you're in but my dad was extremely short when he graduated (like 5'5") and then shot up 7in over the next couple of years. dont stress, it just takes time. the seniors are just being mean...especially if you're a freshman. thats just what they do. brush it off. soon enough you'll tower over them all

How old are you? If you are still in high school there is still a chance you could hit a growth spurt. Are your parents tall? Its really based on genetics! Sorry!

You can wear shoes that have a thicker sole on them and wear black pants that are bit long. DO NOT wear short pants!!!!!!!
Also wear shirts that are little bit past your waist but do not cover that heinie~

Stretch therapy. hang weights from your feet and hold onto a bar. It is claimed to work but I assume it would mess up your posture and bone structure.
