His main enemies were Nicholas Biddle and Henry Clay. Clay was another politician, Biddle ran the Bank of the US which jackson wanted to desperately close (he did succeed in this) he also was a renowned indian fighter

he also hated john quincy adams, because he basically stole an election from him.
They had an equal amount of electoral votes, and some of the states votes were disputed. So they put a committee together to decide who should get the disputed votes. John Quincy Adams offered Henry Clay (the leader of the group) a good government job if he had the committee give the votes to Adams. This is now called "the corrupt bargain"
adams ended up being a terrible president, and jackson a very successful one

He thought his enemies were Indians, just because he was egotistical-loser-bastard! That's why he ordered around 20,000 of the murdered for not giving up there land! And no im not an Indian.
