Online is for people who think they have found friends, It's not possible online to get a Real Friend. Meet them in person. You'll have better luck that way.

don't really know. Just go to difftent websites and talk to people. Example: myspace, or there also sluty websits like Adam4Adam, or menhunt. Meet people on line though is not a good way to do that. However, good luck..
