As in which way?
ketchup is bascially tomaotoes and sugars, and abit of vinager. I'm not sure what you mean by helping you loose weight tho .

Try 2 tbls. of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water 2 x day. Has 93 vitamins and minerals. This will keep you full so you will not overeat. Cures acne. Take brown spots off face. Grow hair and nails super long. Read the apple cider vinegar website for more uses.

I doubt it. Ketchup has high fructose corn syrup in it. Some studies have suggested that HFCS actually causes people to consume more calories on average. I guess it somehow interferes with your brains ability to tell the stomach that it is full.

I doubt it, it contains a heck of a lot of sugar. But if that's all you are consuming then you're certain to lose weight.
