okay my nipples are sore...and when im rubbin them there is this clear liquid coming out WHAT IS THIS??

Are you on the pill? Or have you changed to a different birth control recently? Hormones found in birth control pills can sometimes stimulate the breast tissue.
Discharge from the nipples is not uncommon and I'm sure it's nothing to worry about. Talking to your doc wouldn't hurt, that's what they're there for. Take care.

Are you pregnant? It sounds like colostrum, which is a pre-milk substance that is the first food babies get. It can start coming out fairly early in pregnancy. Sore nipples can also be an early sign of pregnancy.
If you're sure your not pregnant, then it could be that you've had a lot of nipple stimulation lately. Or a hormonal change of some kind. It can also be caused by certain medications.
The only way to really tell for sure is ask your doctor.

As your breasts develop and grow, the milk glands will have some secretions in the milk ducts. When someone pinch the nibbles, it will force some of these fluid to come out.
This is even true for Male's breasts and nibbles.
Therefore, what you described, is a normal thing when breasts tissue is forcibly rubbed.

Are you pregnant? if so milk or pre milk (colostrum)
It could be an infection in your milk ducts. called weeds.

thats norml usualy if your in your teens it happens when your growing and it happens usualy if you pressthem if it comes out when you dont press them and it just comes out by its self you need to get checked for breast cancer

how long have you been brest feeding ?
You can try useing a brest pump to start the pruduction of milk .
