Most likely no. Even tho in the morning there will be 4 inches, it will be snowing all day tomorrow where you live

It truly depends on where you live. Like i live in North west Ohio and most likely if we had 4 in we would probably get delayed and maybe cancelled. However if you live up north probably not. and vise versa for the south.
