At work I always feel tired and I yawn a lot. I get enough sleep, around 7-8 hours and I don't work super hard so I'm not getting tired out. I do not work at a desk and I am always moving around doing stuff and lifting stuff. I'm not very active outside of work though.

Im a profesional athlete and recently i have had a lack of energy. Its still pre season for my football(soccer) but no matter what the supplements i take my natural energy is down.
The sleeping is what my doctor pointed out. I sleep around 8-9 hours but its the wrong hours. The most important hours are the ones before 12. Try that and also not eating so late. When you eat lets say after 8...your body is breaking down that food. And if you then go to sleep, your body doesnt just shut down...it still works, so in the morning your body hasnt had as much sleep as you may think it has.
But the number 1 thing is that ENERGY creates ENERGY.

well your age and diet may be a factor you need protein and vit b 50 complex to start feeling up again perhaps stress ur under? they ya need vit b and tyrosine a( at gnc) n essential amino acid for nrain balancing but perhpas ya have mono or a virus as well all these can contribute .. try what i said for now.. try protein shakes for a snack they have flavors to mis with yogurts or ice cream and try vit b complex 50( buy a good brand at gnc no cheap vitamins as they have fillers and chaulks) for few weeks see if this improves.but by all means if ur bad off see a dr we are not here to cure or prevent
