Having sexual relations with, then the answer is "NO!" unless you meet the following criteria:
1. Both people are over the age of consent in your state and willing participants.
2. State lines are not crossed to be in a state where the age of concent is lower.
3. Neither of you are married and active military personel or active military personel who are dating a married person.
4. You are not related by blood closer than 3rd cousins.
5. Neither of you has a protection order against the other person.
