That pretty much is determined by how hot your motor is and the ability of the heater to dissipate that latent heat to the air. Motors generally run at the boiling point of water or a little above that due to pressure. That means around 215-220F or 102-110C. No car can convert that into a raw heater outlet temp. It also depends on the ambient air temp. as when it is colder out the heat dissipates to ambient air and all the internal parts of the car before heating up the pass. compartment. If you are having a real issue, stick a thermometer in the vent that blowing hot air and measure it. Good AC units in cars will blow out a temp. of around 45-50F and the cars with good heaters will blow out a temp of around 80-85F if everything is working properly in the cooling system.
