The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.



This is states rights and self determination. This is the clause that make loose interpretation legal. The wisdom of this admendment is beyond most to comprehend.

All of the powers that are denied to the Government and left to the people and the states, but mostly the people, are the most important powers!!!! These are the powers that protect the people from the Government, and from tyranny!!!!
