Now why on earth would you need $600 in 3 days?
You are either being scammed - in which case show an adult what you are going to spend $600's on.
Or you are in financial trouble - in which case this is your parent's problem as they are legally responsible for you.
If you are going on vacation or simmilar then you are not allowed to.
If you are buying something - that is illegal.
It sucks to be under 16 but that is life and these laws are to protect you from spending $600 that you do not have!

you need to dress warm and start shoveling. or babysitting, running errands, why on earth do you need that much money. are you buying someone a playstation 3 for valentines day??
